Ohitashi is popular side dish in Japan

Have you ever head the dish name that is " Ohitashi" before?

When I had party in Vancouver with my friends, they didn't know that even through my Korean friends. ( We have a lot of common since Korea and Japan are very near.)

I was very suprised but at the same time I would love to share this recipe and

the concept of " Ohitashi"! because it is the most simple side dish, so it very usfull when

you need one more dish in your table and also it express " Washoku ( 和食)".

Moreover, my friends who live in Vancouver loved Ohitashi.

That mean's it delisious for people who are from almost all over the world as you know Vancouver is very multiculture city.

The reason why I would love to share about " Ohitahi" are

  1. very easy to make

  2. Healsty

  3. Satisfied taste because of Dashi( Japanese broth)
